Lucifer Lighting's Story

Lucifer Lighting is a world-class manufacturer of lighting fixtures for architects, designers, and developers. Putting their customers first, Lucifer Lighting realized they needed to improve CX in order to reach the growth they envisioned for the company.

After surveying their customers, they were able to establish a clear direction in CX. The primary goal was to ensure that B2B partners would find buying with Lucifer Lighting to be quick and easy. The process would also need to consist of the correct balance of digital and analog touch points throughout the customer journey.
